About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to callers. reputed company phone-based customer interaction will be a key part of reputed company, answering and resolving a wide reputed company of inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a call center answering customer service inquiries regarding reputed company
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour work shift between the hours of 6:30am - 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. Rotating Saturday coverage may be needed/is likely.

Compensation and Benefits
