Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling emergency signals and notifications in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Notifying and verifying alarm signals, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need
• Dispatching reputed company authorities, reputed company necessary, to ensure the safety and reputed company of our clients
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications and technology
