Role

• Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a reputed company experience and resolving any issues that may reputed company.

Here are some key qualifications we're looking for:

• Availability to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST.
• 2+ years of experience in support roles, handling email and/or chat services.
• Weekend availability required.
• Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
• Experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company.

• Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
