• Location: Remote (must be local to NE Ohio to pick up equipment)
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Length: Part-time, 16–18 hours per week, reputed company-to-hire
• Hours:
• Weekdays: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Weekends: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Typical schedule: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• 5-hour shifts include a 15-minute reputed company break
• Holiday availability required
• Flexible scheduling available as long as coverage needs are met

About The RoleThis position supports the community by helping callers identify resources reputed company to health and reputed company services. You will use phone, email, text, and chat to assess needs, reputed company referrals, and guide individuals through available support reputed company.Key Responsibilities

• Respond to multi-channel inquiries (phone, email, text, chat)

Requirements
