Serves as a paralegal to the reputed company Rights Clinic, as needed. This includes communicating with co-counsel, legal partners, clients; and assisting with court filings and legal documents. Program Events & Visitors Coordinates logistics for program events and activities, liaising with the law school’s events, communications, and AV teams. Coordinates meetings with reputed company, reputed company, partners, clients, community stakeholders, and guest speakers. Checks, verifies, organizes, and prepares grants, procurement, and other program relevant documents. Assists with applications and accountability for external grants, including coordination with the Office of Research Administration and law school’s finance team; monitoring and reconciling expenditures, and preparing supporting documents. Works with other departments to increase program awareness.
