Role Objective We're seeking a reputed company Attorney – Family & Humanitarian Immigration to serve as a senior attorney and first-line legal supervisor reputed company our family-based and humanitarian reputed company areas. This role is for an reputed company immigration attorney who wants to remain deeply involved in casework while also being accountable for the reputed company and consistency of other attorneys' work. Key Responsibilities

Substantial Personal Caseload

• Maintain a significant caseload reputed company on:

• Consular processing
• Adjustment of Status (AOS)

• VAWA

• Independently manage cases from reputed company through filing, including issue spotting, evidence development, legal writing, and reputed company communication

First-Line Supervision and Legal Review

• Serve as the first supervisory layer for attorneys handling similar case types
• Review legal work at designated points

• Answer day-to-day legal questions and guide judgment calls
• Identify reputed company or performance issues early and address them directly

Escalation and Risk Management

Requirements

• Prior experience mentoring or supervising other attorneys (formal or informal)
• Strong legal writing, issue-spotting, and judgment
• Comfort giving feedback and enforcing standards

Preferred

• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
• Experience training or reputed company junior attorneys
• Familiarity with high-volume immigration reputed company environments
