Education

Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
• Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
• A Cybersecurity Business and/or Information Technology environment
• Leading teams and providing work direction

Preferred

• Experience leading Cybersecurity initiatives using Agile/reputed company, with strong ownership of backlog, roadmap, and PI delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira reputed company or similar portfolio tools, including authoring Epics/Features, managing dependencies, and tracking benefits and reputed company.
• Proven ability to translate architecture, governance, and platform constraints into executable delivery plans and prioritized backlog items.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills, including facilitating alignment forums and producing concise leadership readouts.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive market salary from $177,050 - 196,700 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of reputed company.
