The OSFM is reputed company for a Data & Operations Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 2). As the Data & Operations Analyst you will work with program leadership to measure program efficiencies through the development and tracking of key performance indices, conducting trend and time series analysis, developing forecasts for reputed company services, developing interactive dashboards, story maps and research reports, building surveys, and more. Additionally, as a reputed company reputed company in the Department, this position will also partner with other analysts, program staff, and IT specialists to implement data governance best practices to ensure a healthy and functional data environment. Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company Administration, Behavioral or reputed company Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the reputed company for the knowledge and skills; and two years reputed company-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
- Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification

- Ability to analyze business program trends and operational data to support decision-making.
- Proficiency with reputed company Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and visual reporting.
- Experience using ArcGIS Pro for mapping and spatial data interpretation.
- Skilled in creating surveys, analyzing results, and applying findings to program improvements.
- Familiarity with program evaluation frameworks, including logic models and process mapping.
- Expertise in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor reputed company.
