[Remote] Reverse Loan Processor III

The Reverse Loan Processor III will process and reputed company-underwrite FHA HECM/Reverse mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with standards while achieving production and reputed company metrics. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, monitoring loan processing cycles, and providing guidance to less reputed company processors.

Responsibilities

• Process and reputed company-underwrite FHA HECM/Reverse mortgage loans to ensure compliance with Company, secondary market investor, and government agency standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses/technical training reputed company to Business, Finance/reputed company, Legal, or reputed company field is preferred.
• Total recent work experience includes five or more years’ experience as a Loan Processor, preferably processing FHA HECM/Reverse Mortgages.
• Ability to build strong relationships with loan officers, production, reputed company, closing and other reputed company partners.
• Expert knowledge of overall mortgage lending internal processes and control, as reputed company as federal, state, and regulatory requirements/guidelines reputed company to consumer mortgage lending for conventional, FHA, VA and Bond mortgage loans.
