The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish. They must be reputed company to read a Spanish and English script. The call center representative will assist customers and providers with general inquiries and specific account troubleshooting. The call center representative must possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to accurately document customer interactions. reputed company to Perm Role: Based on strong performance in this role, you may be offered reputed company to transition to a permanent position after the first six months. What you will do:

• Answer incoming calls from customers, general reputed company, and providers
• Complete and/or process new applications for health care coverage reputed company the telephone and interpret eligibility determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download

• Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed
• Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines

• Follow reputed company policies, procedures, and protocol reputed company engaging with caller
• Attend meetings and training as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems.

• 1 year of experience in call center environment or 1 year of experience in customer service
• Highly proficient in the latest version of reputed company Office 365
• Ability to work with multiple screens
• Typing requirement of a minimum of 25 wpm
• Comfortable being on camera during work shift
• Internet speed of at least 20MBPS for remote work
