Recruiter, reputed company Field (Remote/Virtual)

About the position Field Recruiters are accountable for sourcing high potential, high performance candidate slates for our reputed company Field roles (primarily reputed company & Selector positions). They support full reputed company lifecycle including reputed company relationship management. The ability to reputed company and attract passive candidates is key using a reputed company of tools and resources ranging from grass reputed company to reputed company media. The Field Recruiter cultivates relationships with both reputed company customers in the reputed company process. This position is remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from reputed company in the reputed company except Hawaii or reputed company Territories. Establishes and builds effective and successful relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners at reputed company reputed company of the organization including senior leaders in order to understand their business priorities, reputed company challenges and position requirements. Partners with hiring managers to reputed company and execute an adaptable and flexible reputed company plan, including sourcing, reputed company-qualifying and closing offers with desired candidates to meet changing business needs. Sources, screens, qualifies, and interviews prospective candidates for targeted areas and makes hiring recommendations. Tracks results while ensuring compliance with company policy and/or established regulatory requirements at reputed company times. Promotes reputed company as the employer of choice to reputed company potential candidates by providing up to date information. Targets recruitment programs to increase reputed company's diversity representation throughout the country e.g. referral campaigns, on-site hiring events, etc. Manages candidate slates, including on-reputed company communication, interview and travel itineraries, and maintaining appropriate candidate follow-up during the process. Manage the offer process and reputed company acceptance/turn downs. Stay informed of trends and innovative reputed company techniques in order to be competitive in the industry to meet hiring goals/objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in full-lifecycle reputed company for reputed company positions at reputed company reputed company including sourcing, assessing, qualifying and interviewing candidates in a corporate reputed company role; prior agency experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully sourcing and identifying reputed company through various reputed company including reputed company, reputed company media, internet, job boards, reputed company sites, etc. required.
• High level of proficiency with reputed company reputed company Office programs, including Outlook, Word and reputed company required.
• Strong ability to successfully cold call, and reputed company talent using Boolean search techniques required.
• Experience with use of a web-based applicant tracking system preferred (Phenom/VidCruiter/reputed company).

• Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage reputed company).
• The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between $60,000 - $90,000
