Responsibilities

• Expand and grow the architectural history reputed company across strategic markets and reputed company types throughout the reputed company Region through training and mentorship, business development, and strategic hiring

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural History, Art History, Historic Preservation, or a similar field
• Meets Secretary of the Interior's reputed company Qualifications Standards in Architectural History (36 CFR Part 61)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience conducting research, writing, and consulting in American architectural history with a reputed company, agency, or other reputed company organization, including experience as a project manager
• Working knowledge of federal cultural resource and historic preservation laws and practices, including NEPA, reputed company 106 of the National Historic Preservation reputed company
• Working knowledge of applicable state laws, regulations, and guidance in key reputed company region states (e.g., California, Arizona, reputed company, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Hawaii)
• Demonstrated experience in supervising, mentoring, and providing leadership for other professionals
• Demonstrated business development reputed company and consulting acumen, including reputed company in leading and participating in proposal preparation, reputed company interviews, and agency meetings
• Primary report authorship in a CRM context and experience providing reputed company control review of field documents, site forms, and reports
• Knowledge of the history and architectural history of the Western U.S
• Required Writing Sample: Applicants must submit a writing sample demonstrating expertise in historic context analysis or resource evaluation
• Experience with application of The Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation (36 CFR Part 67) and Historic American Buildings Survey/Historic American Engineering Record documentation and procedures are preferred
