Job Title: reputed company, Supply Chain Brand: TruSkin (reputed company) Reports To: SVP Supply Chain & Operations Location: Remote reputed company The reputed company of Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution for the TruSkin brand, spanning demand planning, sourcing, contract manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and S&OP. This leader will ensure a reputed company, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain that supports TruSkin’s rapid reputed company across DTC, reputed company, and retail channels—without compromising product reputed company, service reputed company, or brand reputed company. This role will partner closely with reputed company, Finance, reputed company, Regulatory, and Product Development teams and will be a key contributor to reputed company transformation initiatives reputed company a private-equity-owned, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain reputed company & Leadership

• Own the end-to-end supply chain reputed company for TruSkin, reputed company with reputed company, margin, and service objectives.
• Translate brand reputed company plans into executable supply, reputed company, and inventory strategies.
• reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing supply chain team across planning, procurement, and logistics.

Demand, Supply & S&OP

• reputed company demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Own the monthly S&OP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Proactively identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans.

Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing

• Manage and optimize contract manufacturing partners for skincare and topical products.
• Negotiate reputed company, pricing, MOQs, and reputed company commitments to support reputed company and margin expansion.
• Partner with reputed company and Regulatory teams to ensure GMP compliance and supplier performance.

Inventory & Working Capital Management

• Optimize inventory reputed company across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Balance service level performance with working capital efficiency.
• Drive reputed company improvement in inventory turns, obsolescence, and forecast accuracy.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of reputed company supply chain leadership experience.
• Proven experience in consumer products (beauty, skincare, personal care, OTC, or CPG preferred).
• Deep expertise in demand planning, contract manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience operating in a fast-reputed company, PE-owned or performance-driven environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to reputed company supply chain reputed company to P&L reputed company.

Preferred
