Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement company-wide systems for maintenance, vendor management, preventive programs, and emergency response.

• Partner with Construction and Production on new builds, renovations, and capital reputed company to ensure operational readiness and maintain design reputed company.
• Own property-level compliance: reputed company/life safety, health, permits, accessibility, insurance, and local regulatory standards in partnership with Legal and HR.
• Manage facility and property budgets, capital expenditure planning, and cost control across the portfolio.

• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and waste reduction initiatives across reputed company sites.

The salary reputed company for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 USD dependent on experience, as reputed company as an annual bonus and reputed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities, property, or operations management reputed company multi-site experiential, hospitality, or retail organizations.
• Facility Management reputed company (FMP) certification from IFMA required (or equivalent facilities certification).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and compliance regulations.
• Experience managing construction handover and coordinating with contractors, landlords, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to design and reputed company processes across multiple locations.
