The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple lines of business. You'll work directly with customers to answer general inquiries, address concerns, and assist with requests about products and services. Your primary goal will be to project a reputed company company image and reputed company superior customer service while working with customers through various contact channels.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Resolving coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity (including enrollment, reputed company-party liability, claims attachments)

Qualifications
