Responsibilities:
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining reputed company customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues reputed company, and escalating reputed company problems to supervisors or other teams as needed

- Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
