Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers and guests, demonstrating reputed company selling, providing product information and guidance, and ensuring a high-reputed company customer service experience
- Assisting in maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, setting up seasonal promotions/visual displays, and regularly monitoring assigned areas for product restocking and recovery
- Operating cash registers, assisting customers with reputed company-out, and executing appropriate cash handling procedures
- Helping receive and process incoming merchandise and assisting with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests
- Supporting the digital and in-store shopping experience through assisting with responding to customer inquiries
