You will be a key partner to the compensation team and sales leadership, helping to ensure our plans are competitive, motivating, and reputed company with our strategic business goals. Responsibilities

• Compensation Plan Design & Analysis: Partner with senior team members to model, design, and refine sales compensation plans. Analyze plan effectiveness and performance against key business metrics.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information

technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field

• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,

Engineering, or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field

• OR equivalent experience.
