We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation. Your exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills will reputed company you to reputed company top-notch service while achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the potential to reputed company to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
• Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company to reputed company manage calls
• Achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as required
• Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Assisting with other reputed company as needed
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues independently

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict reputed company skills

• The ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Residency in the reputed company or New Jersey
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace
• A reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

• High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - reputed company internet)
• A reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432) (average price is $20-$30)
• A strong background in call-center environments and sales-reputed company roles
• 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This is not for you if:

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues

• You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, reputed company week
• You can't reputed company handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or reputed company-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
• You're unable to use problem-solving skills
• You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
• You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during reputed company vacation days or reputed company business hours

Our full-time schedule consists of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
