[Remote] Software Training Consultant - ENT

They are seeking a Software Training Consultant - ENT to train clients on their medical software, improve training materials, and contribute to the overall reputed company of reputed company practices.

Responsibilities

• Train clients on medical software and the use of features and functions of the service using classroom, remote, on-the-job, and reputed company training techniques
• Establish rapport; reputed company and maintain credibility with diverse audiences
• Report software improvements and enhancements to software engineers
• Help our clients adopt best practices in using our solution to manage their reputed company
• Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope reputed company and ensure that practices are trained on time
• Manage the reputed company training schedule, and the workflow of the reputed company and coordinates with project managers and administrators to properly execute the training for reputed company staff
• Collaborate with the Training, Support, and Product departments to address training materials, programs, and reputed company launch practices
• Record details of reputed company feedback through the training process
• Contribute to the creation of training resource material
• Maintain certification of 80% or higher on reputed company application material and quizzes

Skills

• Ability to travel 75-90% including weekends, and reputed company some off-hours training and support, including occasional weekends
• 2+ years of experience in software training, implementation, and/or relevant medical reputed company experience (ENT preferred)
• Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
