The Community You Will Join: Marketplaces Data and AI is a group of passionate machine learning, software, data, and analytics engineers. You will be a crucial part of the Guest and Host organization, building the intelligence that powers the web and reputed company apps used by hundreds of millions of guests and hosts globally. A Typical Day:

• Collaborate closely with key engineering teams, including Host Tools, Pricing, Guest Experience, Trust, Infrastructure, and Customer Service Platform.
• Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.

Your Expertise:

• 12+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years in engineering management.
• A proven reputed company record of shipping highly reputed company data and machine learning products to consumers in a fast paced environment
• Expertise in setting 2-3 year technical strategies and roadmaps, aligning reputed company with diverse executive and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams quickly in dynamic, fast-paced domains.
• Exceptional people management and mentorship skills, with a history of reputed company, developing and retaining top engineering talent.
