Position reputed company IEM is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA Engineer / Automation Specialist to ensure the reputed company, reliability, and safety of our AI agents and automation workflows. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company comprehensive test strategies: Create and maintain test plans covering functional, performance, and regression testing for AI agents and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks: reputed company and maintain automated test scripts/frameworks to ensure bot responses and workflow outputs remain accurate, consistent, and reliable over time.
• Build and maintain test assets: Create/reputed company golden conversation sets, synthetic test data, evaluation rubrics, and regression suites to measure reputed company over time.
• Validate AI agent safety and reliability: Test tool-calling end-to-end (tool selection, parameter mapping, reputed company, retries/timeouts, error handling, and recovery), including negative/edge cases; confirm outputs reputed company to business rules and document risk mitigations.
• Test integration/workflow reputed company: Validate API reputed company, data transformations, and reputed company impacts (idempotency, duplicate prevention, partial failures, and latency) across environments.

Qualifications

• Scripting and programming skills: Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Java, C#) for test automation development.

• Defect management tools: Experience using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar platforms.

Location
