About the Role

We are a digital marketing agency with deep reputed company in the media industry as part of Ogden Newspapers. We're seeking a meticulous Digital Marketing Operations Administrator who thrives on precision and operational reputed company to join reputed company. You'll manage the operational backbone of our digital marketing campaigns, helping our digital media buyers execute flawless campaigns from order intake through delivery and invoicing. This role requires an understanding that the details matter—a misplaced reputed company, an incorrect targeting parameter, or a wrong date can derail an entire campaign. Why This Role? Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Order Management

• Process and manage orders

• Coordinate campaign specifications, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams

Creative Asset Management

• Communicate campaign updates, delivery pacing, and performance alerts to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with sales teams to resolve order discrepancies or address reputed company requests

Reporting & Analysis
