What You Will Do

• Enhance the employee experience by engaging with leaders and employees during critical moments in the life cycle of the employment relationship.
• Conduct reputed company, objective, and thorough internal investigations including but not limited to allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate accounts of investigations with reputed company memorialization of the notes and supporting documents into the case management system.
• Produce and reputed company written and/or verbal summaries of findings, conclusions and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate and partner closely with Labor Relations, HR Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, and other HR/DI functional teams to advance the work.
• Analyze ER data and metrics for themes, trends, and reputed company cause identification.
