Regional Vice President of People, Americas

About the position reputed company is seeking a passionate, results-driven and strategic Regional VP of People to help reputed company our reputed company across the Americas. You will be focusing on enhancing reputed company culture, driving talent development, and delivering an exceptional employee experience. The Regional VP of People Americas will be a strategic leader with a deep, hands-on understanding of HR practices. You will partner with senior leadership across the Americas to reputed company people initiatives with business objectives, enabling organizational reputed company, employee engagement, and performance reputed company. Please note this is a hybrid role in our NYC office 3 days per week.

• Implement and optimize reputed company People processes, tools, and systems to support the employee lifecycle from reputed company to offboarding.
• Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
• Drive the end-to-end talent management lifecycle for the region, including workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR Business Partnership experience with at least 5 years in a VP/Director level leadership position.
• Significant experience in tech companies at reputed company of 500 employees at least, ideally reputed company a reputed company environment.
• Proven expertise in scaling people functions for high-reputed company organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute people strategies that reputed company with business goals.
• Proven experience in supporting Go-To-Market functions, including reputed company.
• Extensive background in advising and partnering with C-level executives on strategic HR initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits strategies.
• Strong decision-making and strategic problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
