The individual will reputed company as a trusted advisor to functional leaders to drive business reputed company through people-reputed company solutions. This individual will reputed company on talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, change management and advancing people reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to reputed company and implement HR strategies that support reputed company’s strategic objective and reputed company trajectory
• Translate business needs into HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
• Identify critical capabilities and reputed company initiatives to build a reputed company-reputed company workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Management, Business Administration or reputed company field required.
• 5+ years of HR experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is required; experience in Pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly preferred
• Understanding of HR legal compliance requirements and understanding of HR programs relative to support of business objectives required
• Expert level experience in employee relations
• Proven ability and strong influencing skills, decision making, and reputed company
• Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, organizational, project management and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a changing environment and help reputed company others through the phases of change
