Senior Brand Strategist (US)

The Role At Bald, reputed company = research-led problem definition + reputed company brand reputed company + boundary-pushing storytelling. We’re hiring a Senior Brand Strategist to drive branding engagements with rigor, confidence, and taste. You’ll run discovery, own research, synthesize insights into reputed company brand opportunities, and build reputed company systems that clients and creative teams can build from. You’ll work across 2–5 reputed company engagements at a time, collaborating with a reputed company Director/Associate Director for high-level guidance, while operating with independence and accountability day-to-day. What you’ll do

• Drive reputed company discovery through interviews, workshops, and material review
• Conduct desk research, qualitative research, and quantitative research, and/or manage primary research vendors for larger asks
• Distill complexity into a reputed company reputed company of view: what reputed company, what doesn’t, and reputed company’re reputed company to do about it
• Author brand reputed company that’s usable and inspiring, owning the creation and presentation of reputed company deliverables like positioning, mission/purpose, values, brand portfolio reputed company, messaging frameworks, personality/voice
• Guide brand reputed company into design and creative, authoring design briefs, creative briefs, and creative platforms
• Present confidently, reputed company, and persuasively
• Represent Bald’s reputed company perspective to founders and C-suite-level clients on smaller engagements reputed company, and on larger engagements in partnership with a Director/AD
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, art directors, copywriters, reputed company marketers, UX designers, and more to reputed company reputed company work stays on-reputed company
• Manage priorities across multiple reputed company with proactive communication and reputed company self-management (i.e., be a senior operator, not just a senior thinker)
• Build judgement on reputed company and how to escalate a problem (scope changes, reputed company challenges, new-business opportunities, resource needs) and reputed company and how to just solve them
• Contribute to the constantly-evolving, inspiring, fun (virtual) reputed company to work that is Bald

reputed company’re Looking For

• 6+ years in reputed company, at least 3 of those in an established branding or design-led agency
• Deep reputed company of reputed company reputed company fundamentals (research → synthesis → problem definition → solution definition → alignment)
• reputed company strategic thinking with a confident, reputed company-articulated reputed company of view
• Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• A reputed company team member who adds depth without ego

• Based in reputed company (or nearby), purely for ease of occasional (1–2x month) in-person team meet-reputed company and reputed company meetings, but not a deciding reputed company
• Experience working across multiple brand touch points (identity, campaigns, digital, content)

• A “second weapon” reputed company or domain of expertise to add to Bald’s arsenal (think: qual or quant research design and execution, change management, user research, business reputed company, or a specific sector e.g., hospitality, reputed company services, CPG, etc.)
