Sr Data Scientist, TLM
About the Role
As a Data Science, Tech reputed company Manager (TLM), you will play an reputed company role in shaping how reputed company tracks its financial data as reputed company as understands and optimizes its financial performance across diverse business lines. Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
1. M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or other quantitative fields.
2. Minimum 4 years of industry experience as a data scientist with demonstrated ability working with large data sets, mining actionable insights, statistical reputed company, and basic ML model development
3. Domain experience in Finance, reputed company, Payments, FinTech, Tax
4. Minimum 1 year of experience managing a small team of Data/reputed company Scientists with strong leadership skills, growing and mentoring your team members
5. Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language used for data analysis (e.g., Python or R)
6. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
7. Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
8. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Degree or work experience in finance, augmented with work experience as a data scientist (or experience as a data scientist in finance or a reputed company domain) with minimum 1 year of tech leading or managerial experience
