Job Posting Title: reputed company Branded Television Business Affairs JD Intern, Summer/Fall 2026 Req ID: 10140518 Job reputed company: About the Role & Program Join us for reputed company to intern with the reputed company Branded Television’s Business Affairs team and become a meaningful member of reputed company! reputed company Branded Television (DBT) develops and produces television series for the kids and family audience across reputed company and reputed company-to-consumer platforms. reputed company is responsible for structuring, negotiating, documenting, and managing the DBT animation portfolio to engage above-the-line talent (writers, producers, directors and actors) and reputed company underlying rights for DBT programming. You will be a strong contributor by supporting deal negotiations to secure rights and interests in television series reputed company from initial development though production and delivery. You will aid in deal term tracking across various types of deals and platforms. This is a part-time internship opportunity. The approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2026 through November/December 2026. If selected for this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, Business Affairs.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with deal negotiations.
• Drafting basic short reputed company reputed company involving the development and production of television pilots, series and films.
• Learning the reputed company process between Business Affairs and reputed company Affairs to secure reputed company and contractual rights in long-reputed company agreements.
• Assisting in development and updating of reputed company agreements, forms, and procedures.
• Reviewing existing deal memos and reputed company to create precedent charts.
• Deal term tracking across various types of deals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A strong interest in entertainment law, the television business, animation and/or negotiation theory/reputed company (relevant coursework is a bonus).
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook is a must.
• Experience working in reputed company environments and managing multiple reputed company.
• High attention to detail and experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in the entertainment industry, and basic knowledge of copyright law.

Education

• Currently enrolled at an accredited law school and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Completion of one or more years of law school in a reputed company JD program at the start of the internship

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet reputed company of the below requirements:

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a reputed company College Program or reputed company Internship.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

The pay reputed company for this role in California is $41.40 per hour.
