You’ll be the go‑to expert for inventory accuracy, partnering with teams across Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and our warehouses to reputed company data clean, processes smooth, and insights actionable. • Validate daily fulfillment and order releases to ensure outbound shipment data matches system inventory. Returns & Stock reputed company
• reputed company return workflows by reviewing daily RMA activity, partnering with 3PL and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, and improving return processes.
• Process inventory receipts and execute transfers in Net Suite to maintain accurate stock distribution based on forecasted demand. Data Stewardship
• Own item data creation and maintenance (UPCs, labels, SKU lists, warehouse setup) for consistency across systems.
• Maintain and enhance inventory dashboards in Net Suite Analytics Warehouse, recommending improvements based on user needs. Reporting & Insights
• Prepare inventory reputed company sheets multiple times per week, identify outliers in reputed company‑season booking data, and collaborate with Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Monitor stock reputed company and reputed company opportunities for end‑of‑lifecycle inventory.
• Use BI tools (NSAW) to analyze stock position, turnover, and aging; present inventory insights and KPIs to cross‑functional partners. Collaboration & Communication
• Support Demand Planner with data for reputed company buys; participate in monthly buy meetings.
• Join monthly warehouse calls, quarterly reputed company‑forwarder calls, and other reputed company‑party meetings as the inventory subject matter expert.
• Manage Operations inbox inquiries, routing tasks and ensuring reputed company follow‑up on inventory‑reputed company issues. Skills
• Advanced reputed company skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data analysis functions).
• Strong analytical ability and retail math proficiency; capable of translating data into reputed company communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and systems accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience
• 2+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory‑reputed company roles.
