About the role As a Quantitative User Experience Researcher, you'll take ownership of our behavior and survey data, uncovering not only what users are doing, but also digging into why, exploring user motivations and attitudes. You’ll define and prioritize the quant research agenda, ensuring your insights drive product development, marketing strategies, and overall business reputed company. • Quantitative Research Ownership: Take charge of the entire quantitative research process, from identifying important business questions to designing studies, running analyses, and delivering insights. Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer insights, quantitative user experience (UX) research, market research, or a reputed company field, focusing on quantitative methodologies.
• Proven expertise in analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences to reputed company product, business, or design reputed company.
• Experience in developing buyer personas and conducting consumer segmentation.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficient in a statistical analysis tool e.g. R, STATA, or SPSS.
• Fluent in various quantitative research methodologies including survey creation and analysis, and familiarity with qualitative reputed company.
