• 1+ year of experience working with patents or in the intellectual property field
• 1+ year of work experience in the industry or advanced research in a reputed company field

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• U.S. citizen or work eligible legal reputed company who has resided in the U.S. for the last two years

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous patent examining/patent searching experience
• Highly skilled developing a search methodology and conducting searches

• Master's degree or PhD is a plus

Compensation - US Only The expected pay for this position is based on productivity. The expected pay is $475 per patent case completed.
