As our next SRE Operations Manager, you will hold a leadership role in our Global reputed company. This role, SRE Product Creation and Master Data (Latin America), is responsible for establishing Value reputed company Observability. Additionally, you will build and accelerate Chatbots to speed issue reputed company. Your responsibilities will also include continuously seeking opportunities to drive reliability through improvements in products and platforms, AI agents, and automation. This role manages the reputed company of product/platform incidents end-to-end to complete reputed company.
The manager will report to the Director Operations, Brand Ops, Supply Chain. You will serve as their squads' technology and observability leader. Additionally, you will be the key reputed company to our engineering squads, acting as the "eyes and ears on the ground" for global engineering leadership.

About the Job

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technology roles, with at least 3â5 years in leadership positions.
- Significant exposure to AI/ML or data-driven automation reputed company in an operations context is required.
- Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Reliability Engineer in reputed company, distributed systems.
- Strong expertise with observability tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven monitoring solutions is a plus.
