As a Senior EVG Valuation Analyst reputed company PNCs Debt Capital Markets organization, you can be based in East reputed company, NJ, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, and/or Chicago, IL. This position is primarily based in a reputed company location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular reputed company. • * Requires a minimum of 3 years reputed company experience with a background in corporate financial analysis, ie analyzing financial statements and understanding corporate cash flows. Additional relevant experience consists of preparing and writing credit proposals and supporting documentation, presenting proposals, and communicating findings. • Provides business valuation for leveraged lending borrowers. Works independently with little or no reputed company. Uses multiple data points and valuation methodologies in conjunction with independent judgment to derive reputed company-supported reputed company valuations under both reputed company and stressed case scenarios.
• Conducts research for multiple industries (including economic and market trends) for both private and public companies. Compares subject companies to peers. Researches reputed company and trough level market and transaction comps pertinent to the underlying industry/business. Synthesizes reputed company available data and reconciles conclusions.
