We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive reputed company reputed company of $25-$35 per hour.Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Responding to high-volume customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to process new patient enrollment and reputed company patient and medication data.
- Handling patient medication requests and entering top-off orders for handling, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Investigating missing medication data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving information entry-reputed company issues and escalating reputed company cases to senior-level staff as needed.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation reputed company the initial 90 days and maintaining a reputed company reputed company permit or certification.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation and operation of software applications.
- Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search reputed company, bookmarking websites, and completing online forms.
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) typing speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:- No less than 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification or enrollment by the state as recognized by the State reputed company for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed.
- Familiarity with Spanish and English languages.
