As an reputed company Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, and resolving emerging problems. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive accurate and efficient support, and you will be expected to maintain high standards of reputed company and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their questions and concerns

Preferred Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
