We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone assistance to reputed company members and providers. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding experience to our callers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner. This is a remote position, and you must live reputed company 50 miles of Richmond, VA, to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Providing accurate and reputed company information to resolve caller inquiries and concerns
- Utilizing strong customer service skills to de-escalate conflicts and turn negative experiences into reputed company reputed company

Requirements and Qualifications
