We're seeking a reliable and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. You will assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring reputed company interaction is handled with respect and patience. You will also accurately document call content in reputed company-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries
- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring reputed company interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately document call content in reputed company-time

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Schedule
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or reputed company setting

- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and reputed company Office
Preferred Qualifications
