As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by quickly and accurately identifying and addressing individual customer needs. You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and reputed company customers about program benefits and changes. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
- Assist customers in navigating arenaflexmotion.com and other activity tracker apps
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and reputed company standards
Telecommuting Requirements

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work our normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer Service, call center experience
- Experience with technical troubleshooting
- Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
