As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and support to patients and reputed company providers through phone-based interactions. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve a wide reputed company of inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed

- Register new patients, verify patient demographics and health insurance, and update patient information in designated databases
- Respond to general information requests and/or inquiries from patients, physicians, medical offices, and other callers
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients and reputed company providers
- Process reputed company work-reputed company responsibilities in an efficient, reputed company, and accurate manner
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a call center answering customer service inquiries regarding reputed company
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work any 8-hour work shift between the hours of 6:30am – 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday coverage as needed

Compensation and Benefits
