Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with deep expertise in B2B reputed company acquisition.
- Proven ability to connect creative, data, and channel reputed company to measurable business reputed company (LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality).
- Experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Comfortable as a working manager—reputed company to dive into platforms, diagnostics, and experiment design while owning long-term reputed company.
- Strong analytical skills and a reputed company record of data-driven decision-making; experience with SQL, experimentation frameworks, and incrementality testing is a plus.
