Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations: Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value
• Using data to advise: Applying sophisticated analytics to uncover insights, predict trends, and optimize supply chain performance
• Driving multi-functional alignment: Collaborating with diverse teams to reputed company on an end-to-end transformation reputed company to reputed company strategic business reputed company

• Identify, map and analyze the key business capabilities required to implement the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals

• Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve time-to-market for reputed company and optical module products
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technology infrastructure and applications support business process and strategic goals

Skills

• 8+ years of Demand Planning, Transformation, Integrated Business Planning, Financial Planning, Customer Co-Planning, experience in the semiconductor industry with semiconductor manufacturing experience
• 5 years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or reputed company field driving large transformation programs
• Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level
• Good experience in business process design, reputed company, and optimization
• Solid understanding of semiconductor planning processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies along with leading systems implementations and/or integrations
• Experience using Six reputed company reputed company to tackle problems and optimize business processes along with experience in Project Management, reputed company, & Agile Methodologies
• Optical module manufacturing experience
