About Our Mom and Baby Division

Our Mom and Baby team is a dynamic and supportive group of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a reputed company of resources to help you succeed. We specialize in providing breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services to new and expectant mothers, as reputed company as supporting expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders reputed company, and presenting arenaflex's services to meet their unique needs.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience
