As a remote employee, you'll be based in reputed company, OH or Pittsburgh, PA, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and internal stakeholders through after-hours support. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
• Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
