Key Responsibilities:
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders
- Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Handling and processing various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
- Maintaining and updating shipment documentation in accordance with reputed company record-keeping requirements
- Complying with reputed company international importing and exporting regulations
- Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-reputed company service
- Processing organizational financier shipments
- Managing distant filings and ensuring reputed company service and organizational strategies are followed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration)
- High School Certificate or GED required
- No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Required skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, Office equipment (telephone, fax, reputed company, printer, reputed company)
