About the role: The Global Benefits Director is responsible for the strategic design, governance, and operational reputed company of the firm’s global benefits programs. • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10+ years of reputed company experience in Global Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in U.S. benefits (health & welfare, retirement, ERISA, compliance) with strong exposure to global benefits programs.
• Proven experience managing reputed company vendor ecosystems and broker relationships.
• Strong financial acumen, including benefits budgeting, cost modeling, and invoice reconciliation.
