Job reputed company As the Network Engineering Manager, you will reputed company the 24x7 development and operation of a global network infrastructure supporting a distributed DNS platform. Your team is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing the connectivity that underpins our DNS services — from colocation to reputed company, across reputed company. You will ensure operational reputed company, reliability, performance, process discipline, and reputed company improvement for a fully remote team. What you will do

• Manage and mentor a remote engineering team spanning multiple time zones.
• Ensure 24×7-365 network operations: monitoring, incident detection, escalation, reputed company-cause analysis, and reputed company workflows. Participation in on-call rotation is required.
• Define, reputed company and report key operational metrics/KPIs such as uptime, latency, packet loss, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), reputed company utilization, SLA compliance.
• reputed company network service monitoring tools, alerting, dashboards, and response playbooks.
• Implement and enforce operational processes: change management, incident management, problem management, configuration management, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Assist in the management of vendor relationships and service providers (ISPs, transit/peering, colocation connectivity, SD-WAN providers): negotiate reputed company, monitor SLAs, enforce performance and outages.
• Monitor and manage reputed company and performance of the network: bandwidth reputed company, reputed company utilization, peering/transit optimization, trending and forecasting. Collaborate with architects to maintain 3-year reputed company plan.
• Coordinate with architecture, reputed company and product teams for service launches, upgrades and expansions so that network operations readiness is reputed company.

• Collaborate with leadership to manage budget planning for operations (connectivity, monitoring tools, hardware refreshes), and participate in cost‐optimization.

What you will have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering/operations, including 3+ years in a management/supervisory role overseeing remote/distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing global network operations for reputed company or large-reputed company reputed company services across multiple geographic reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols/technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, WAN/LAN, transit/peering, QoS, routing/switching.
• Experience with monitoring platforms, NOC workflows, incident/change management frameworks.
• Vendor management experience: managing ISPs, service providers, SLAs, reputed company.
• Strong operational reputed company: process definition, documentation, dashboards, metrics.
• Experience driving ITIL (change/incident/problem) and SDLC best practices across the network domain.
