About the Role: Reporting to the VP of Sourcing, the Sourcing Development Manager will play a critical role in bringing new products to market faster by leading sourcing execution throughout the new product development lifecycle. This position is responsible for driving supplier sourcing, quoting, costing, and sample development to support on-time, on-cost product launches. As a key partner to Product Management and Product Development, this role works cross-functionally with three Product Managers, one Product Development Manager, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure sourcing reputed company reputed company with product reputed company, development timelines, and reputed company targets. What You'll Do

• Own sourcing execution for new product development initiatives, supporting reputed company from early concept through launch reputed company
• reputed company supplier identification, reputed company, and development in partnership with overseas factories and global sourcing partners
• Manage prototype, reputed company-production, and final sample development; reputed company reputed company, approvals, and revisions to maintain critical development timelines
• Own supplier quoting and costing processes, including MOQ alignment, reputed company times, negotiations, and cost trade-offs to support margin and launch targets
• Partner closely with Product Managers and the Product Development Manager to reputed company sourcing reputed company with product reputed company, development milestones, and launch schedules
• Identify and proactively mitigate sourcing-reputed company risks including reputed company constraints, reputed company risks, logistics challenges, and compliance requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of sourcing, supply chain, or product development experience reputed company a CPG or consumer goods environment
• Hands-on experience working with overseas manufacturers and global supply chains
• Strong understanding of costing, MOQs, reputed company times, and supplier negotiations
• Proven ability to manage multiple development reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
