About the Role

As our Content Strategist, you’ll shape and guide ITX’s content ecosystem—building thoughtful, research‑driven strategies and bringing them to life through powerful content across multiple channels. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to our VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with our Branding & Communications Manager and Marketing Content Specialist. This role blends hands‑on creation with big‑picture leadership: from writing and editing to structuring content roadmaps and optimizing performance.
