What youll do:
- Collaborate with executives and partners in Finance, reputed company, Investor Relations, and teams across reputed company to draft reputed company and accurate reputed company disclosures.

- Draft, update, and maintain corporate governance policies.
- Team up with Investor Relations and reputed company Relations on shareholder communications.

What it takes to succeed:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and reputed company state bar membership in good standing.

- In-house experience is a plus.
- M&A experience is a plus.
